That is why we are introducing AI Maintenance Tasks, now available in beta for Alkimii Property customers. With this feature, reporting issues becomes as simple as: 

  • Take a photo 
  • Select your location 

From there, our AI automatically suggests a task title and description based on the image which can be allocated to a particular location, category, priority, and assignee.  

Prefer to use your voice? Simply record an audio message describing the issue, and the AI will generate the task details for you. 

 
Top tip: mention the location when recording your audio message. 

 

 

What This Looks Like in Practice 

Picture a busy morning turnover: 

  • A room attendant notices a broken lamp while preparing a guest room. 
  • Instead of interrupting their workflow to write a detailed note, they snap a quick photo.
