With this seamless integration, you can instantly transform successful applicants from Recruit Genie into full Staff Profiles in Alkimii — cutting out time-consuming manual data entry and streamlining your onboarding process.
Alkimii converts successful Recruit Genie applicants into full Staff Profiles in three steps: access applicants, onboard, and create the profile.
Navigate to the Staff Profile section in Alkimii and select the “ATS” tab along the top menu. Here, you’ll see a full list of applicants, whether pending, onboarded, or archived. You can filter the view by applicant status as needed.
Click on the applicant you want to onboard and select “Onboard” from the Actions column.
A pop-up will display all the applicant’s information pulled directly from Recruit Genie — including personal details, job role, and contract information. You can easily edit or update the details before creating the Staff Profile.
Once the information looks right, simply click “Save.”
The applicant’s status will update from “Pending” to “Onboarded,” and a full Staff Profile will be generated automatically in Alkimii.
Documents submitted through Recruit Genie attach automatically to the staff member's profile under the Documents section.
View documents with the eye icon or link them to onboarding KPIs using the link icon — all with just a few clicks.
Need to archive a candidate for future consideration? No problem.
Simply select “Archive” from the Actions column, choose a reason, and confirm. You’ll still be able to view archived applicants at any time using the filter function.
For full transparency, you can click on the clock icon to view a detailed history log, showing when changes were made and by whom.
