Simplify Your Onboarding: Alkimii x Talos360

With this integration, successful candidates in Talos360 can now be effortlessly converted into full Staff Profiles in Alkimii — saving your team time and ensuring nothing gets lost in translation. 

How it Works: Seamless Staff Onboarding from Talos360 

Getting started with Talos360 in Alkimii couldn’t be easier: 

Access Your Candidates 

Head to the Staff Profile section in Alkimii and select the ATS tab. 
Here, you’ll see a full list of candidates approved in Talos360 who are ready for review. Filter by site, onboarded status, or archived to easily manage your pipeline. 

Onboard a Candidate 

When you're ready to bring someone on board, click the “Onboard” button next to their name. 
A streamlined version of the ‘Add Staff’ screen will open, automatically pre-filled with personal information sent from Talos360. Position and employment details suggested by Talos360 will display in bold under their respective fields — making it easy to confirm or edit as needed. 

Finalise and Create the Profile 

Once all the required details are verified, simply hit “Save”. 
A full Staff Profile is instantly created in Alkimii, and the candidate moves from “Pending” to “Onboarded” in your Talos Onboarding view. 

From here, you can also take advantage of Alkimii’s full suite of Onboarding tools — automate contract generation, assign onboarding packs, and manage legal compliance — all from within the same platform. 

Access Key Documents Automatically 

Any documents received from Talos360 — such as offer letters, CVs, or contracts — are automatically stored in the Staff Documents section of the profile under a dedicated “Talos Documents” area. 
You’ll also see the date each file was received for easy reference. 

Archive with Confidence 

If a candidate is not moving forward, you can select “Archive” to log the decision. 
You’ll be prompted to add a reason, and the profile will then be listed under the Archived filter. All archived profiles are still accessible and come with a complete history of who archived the record and when. 

Keep Track of Every Step 

For full visibility, each candidate has a history log, showing when they were onboarded or archived and by whom — so your HR and management teams always stay in the loop.
